To be used when an employee or board or committee member suffers an injury or illness, loss or damage to baggage, money or documents, loss of pre-paid fares or accommodation, or incurs a personal liability while on authorised business travel anywhere in the world involving an overnight stay away from their usual place of residence or any air travel.
