Risk Management Process

Partnering with Western Australian Government agencies, RiskCover works towards identifying, quantifying and managing all risks.

Using a proven process initially developed from the Australia/New Zealand Standard AS4360:2004, we will provide a framework for the management of strategic, operational and project risks within an agency’s business.

The process includes:

  • Develop a Risk Management Program
  • Implement the Program by:
    • Establishing the assessment specific context
    • Identifying risks
    • Identifying and assessing existing controls
    • Assessing the risk in terms of consequences and likelihood
    • Developing risk treatment strategies where appropriate
    • Establishing an ongoing evaluation and monitoring program
